Which challenges did you want to solve by introducing Leapsome?

  • I wanted to implement a modern performance review and feedback tool that made our process as easy as possible for both HR and the teams.
  • My goal was to strengthen the feedback culture at reBuy and to establish a consistent process within the organization. I also wanted to automate annoying manual processes.

What has your experience been with implementing Leapsome?

What changes have you seen across the company?

  • We now have a uniform, semi-automated process that is easy to administer. No more paperwork or inconvenient Word or Excel files!
  • The teams and managers are extremely happy about the platform as it reduces their workload immensely.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

  • I especially like the user interface and it’s clear design.
  • Furthermore, I like the flexibility: The platform can depict various different setups and a variety of possible feedback processes.
