Which challenges did you want to solve by introducing Leapsome?
I wanted to implement a modern performance review and feedback tool that made our process as easy as possible for both HR and the teams.
My goal was to strengthen the feedback culture at reBuy and to establish a consistent process within the organization. I also wanted to automate annoying manual processes.
What has your experience been with implementing Leapsome?
We were able to introduce Leapsome in a professional and straightforward manner. Whenever possible, our wishes concerning the module’s features were implemented quickly and accurately by the Leapsome team.
They are extremely customer-oriented: The team was always available for questions and we got the answers we needed as quickly as possible.
What changes have you seen across the company?
We now have a uniform, semi-automated process that is easy to administer. No more paperwork or inconvenient Word or Excel files!
The teams and managers are extremely happy about the platform as it reduces their workload immensely.
What do you like best about Leapsome?
I especially like the user interface and it’s clear design.
Furthermore, I like the flexibility: The platform can depict various different setups and a variety of possible feedback processes.
