Core HR: simplified absence tracking and streamlined payroll

Export absence balances with ease

Admins can now export absence balances for all employees, providing a clear overview of leave entitlements and usage. Enhanced filtering options make tracking simpler than ever.

Add comments to manual absence adjustments

Admins can also add optional comments when adjusting absence balances. These comments appear under “manual adjustment” in the “activity” tab, ensuring transparent tracking for admins.

Streamlined payroll with centralized file exports

Our new payroll cycle tab centralizes exported payroll files, tracking key metadata like creator, creation date, and DATEV import status for improved transparency and auditability.

Preview documents before bulk actions

Before bulk-generating, sending for signatures, or storing in employee profiles, documents can now be previewed in a PDF format to verify all details — reducing errors and ensuring accuracy.
