At Leapsome, we’ve spent eight years helping companies unlock the full potential of their teams. We’ve developed best-in-class performance management, employee engagement, and development tools, and our platform is built on a deep understanding of the complexities behind effectively motivating, engaging, and managing your people to drive business success.

However, over the years, as we worked closely with forward-thinking HR leaders worldwide, we realized something. While we were tackling the complexities of performance reviews, feedback systems, compensation management, and more, many HR systems were still struggling to deliver on the very basics.
