What challenges did you want to solve by introducing Leapsome?
Our goal was to facilitate structured HR and management processes, mainly by implementing OKRs.
Why did you choose Leapsome?
Our main need was a process to implement OKRs, Leapsome is the perfect tool for that. We also actively use the other features like feedback and 1:1s.
The platform and philosophy behind it draw on the Google re:Work approach, which in my experience really helps companies to succeed.

Whenever there were questions, the online Leapsome Help Center was extremely helpful. And the Leapsome team is great, they also pay a lot of attention to suggestions and feedback from customers.
